ADMISSION OF NEW
STUDENTS
ST. SCHOLASTICA’S ACADEMY
MARIKINA admits students who are Catholics and
whose academic records indicate ability and preparation to do school
work and whose personal character traits give promise that they will be
contributing members of the Scholastican Community.
All students seeking admission,
whether coming from sister schools or others, whether they are returning
as former students who have enrolled elsewhere during the school year,
are required to take the Entrance Test – ORAL and WRITTEN.
Successful applicants are admitted on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED
basis.
Admission is based on academic
requirements presented, results of written examinations given by the
Guidance Department and personal interview with the Principal or
Assistant Principal (for the High School applicants) and Guidance
Counselors (for the Grade School applicants). The Committee on
Admissions deliberates on the students who are qualified to the
Department.
